Hi! I’m Katey, the author of The Forkin’ Point. I was gonna go with the typical “About Me” and tell you all my likes and hobbies. But, honestly, as I was writing, I decided that was boring AF.
Do you really, truly give a fork if I like to garden? Nope, didn’t think so.
So, aside from my unhealthy love affair with food… I would say that I am on a constant journey to self-improvement. Always getting better, but never perfect.
Let’s just say, I am definitely a work in progress…

Let’s get real. I have struggled with being overweight nearly my whole life. I have always eaten relatively healthy, but I also always OVER-ATE, like a lot. Since finding the keto diet, I have lost over 45 pounds! I have a new-found appreciation for healthy eating.
In general, my goal is to deliver you guys mainly keto and health(ier) recipes that are fast and easy to make. I LOVE finding shortcuts, breaking rules, and cutting corners. Mostly when it comes to cooking; granted it doesn’t sacrifice on flavor (I’m not a monster).
