Fall-Off The Bone Keto Ribs – Savory, Easy to Make & So Delicious!

I love me some ribs. And not just any kind of ribs. The kind of ribs that fall off the bone and melt in your mouth. The kind that leave you scrounging for every piece of meat that is left on the bone. If you’re looking for a fall-off the bone keto ribs recipe then you are in the right spot. I promise you this recipe will not leave you hangin’.

Great things take time. The secret behind great ribs is super simple: a lot of time.

These ribs will be baking at low heat for 3 hours. They are so easy to make, BUT you just need to make sure you get them in the oven nice and early. After all, no one likes a hangry family.

Aside from a long bake time, you will need to find a few “special” ingredients. One of those ingredients is sugar-free barbecue sauce. You can usually find this at a local grocery store, no problem. The other ingredient is Swerve brown sugar, you can find it on Amazon, and possibly your local grocery store (I cannot, but I live in a very rural area).

This fall-off the bone keto rib recipe is without a doubt so much healthier than a traditional rib recipe. Most rib recipes call for a ton of (processed) added sugars. This recipe eliminates ALL of that junk. Without any sacrifice on flavor.

Ingredients

  • 3 lb pork ribs
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/4 c packed brown swerve (this is a sugar-free brown “sugar”)
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne
  • 1/2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 8 oz sugar-free barbeque sauce (G Hughes bbq sauce is super popular in the keto community and just so happens to be my fave too! You can typically find them in the grocery store too, which is a huge plus!)

Recipe

  1. Mix all spices and swerve brown sugar. Mix very well to combine, this may take a bit of effort.
  2. Rub spices all over ribs. Get em’ nice and covered!
  3. Allow ribs to marinate for at least 1 hour, and up to 24 hours.
  4. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
  5. Wrap ribs tightly in foil.
  6. Bake ribs for 3 hours at 275 degrees F.
  7. After that, brush ribs with barbeque sauce
  8. Broil them uncovered at 450 degrees F for 10-15 min.
  9. Let cool & dig in!

  • Let cool & enjoy!
