Yes! In fact, there are a bunch of people who skip breakfast on the keto diet. Actually, skipping breakfast and eating in a shortened time frame has its very own name: intermittent fasting. In particular a 16/8 intermittent fast. Basically, you eat for 8 hours and fast for 16 hours, typically skipping breakfast.

- Carl’s Jr./Hardee’s: There are a few options you could try… Order- Low carb breakfast bowl, or Steak and Egg Burrito without the tortilla, or the bacon, egg, and cheese burrito without the tortilla.
- Chick Fil A: chicken scramble bowl. Order- chicken scramble bowl without the hash browns.
