Check out this list of keto tv dinners for a quick and easy keto-friendly meal!
I think we’ve all been there… You have looked through the fridge and pantry at least a dozen times… And it’s not that there isn’t anything to make per-say… You’re just too tired to make any of it!
And that makes sticking to any healthy diet a whole lot harder…
Because I know for a fact we all have crazy days, here is a comprehensive list of keto & low carb frozen TV dinners. The criteria I used for being keto-friendly is 10g net carb, or less, per serving. If I saw a TV dinner was just a little bit over in carbs, I have included it as well.
Save/bookmark this page, so you can refer back to it again and again!
TV dinners are organized first by brand name, and then by the total number of net carbs, from least to most.
If I missed any please let me know, I would love to add it to the list!

Real Good Foods
These guys are great when it comes to keto TV dinners! Literally everything on their website is low carb. And they have a big old label with total net carbs right on the front of their packaging!
Plus, they have more keto-friendly goodies other than microwave dinners! Many mainstream grocers will carry some, but not all Real Good products. I love to order online so I can choose from all the products they offer. Be sure to use code forkinpoint at checkout and get an extra 15% off!
Thrive Market & Primal Kitchen
Thrive Market now has its own brand of frozen meals! They are selling them alongside Primal Kitchen’s frozen dinners.
These are very new, and to be honest I have not tried them yet. But if you’re looking for a keto TV dinner, with the cleanest possible ingredients, these are it.
(Thrive Market is an online organic and natural food store. They have every single keto-friendly product conveniently categorized AND over 700 keto-friendly items to chose from. They also have a lot of great sales and freebies too!)
If you use any of my links during sign-up, you can get a free gift up to $22 in value!
Atkins
All Atkins products are considered low carb and they have a lot of TV dinners to choose from! To avoid redundancy, I am not going to list them all. Because you already know they are all low carb.
It is important to note that many of Atkins’ sweet treats may throw you out of ketosis, because they contain maltodextrin.
