There many ways you can prepare yerba mate. And there are two slightly different ways that I will show you today, both methods are sugar-free and delicious.

Method 1: Sugar-Free Yerba Mate Iced Tea with Lemon Juice and Stevia
Ingredients:
- Yerba Mate Tea
- Lemon juice
- Liquid Stevia
Recipe:
Single Cup:
- Brew a cup of yerba mate tea. Strain if needed.
- Add 1 tsp lemon juice and liquid stevia to taste. (Less is always more, be sure to taste it and add flavor accordingly)
- Stir to combine
- Pour over ice.
Large Batch Brew:
- Seep 1/2 cup of loose yerba mate, with approximately 7 cups of hot water. Let sit for at least 5-10 minutes.
- Using a strainer and a paper towel, strain mate leaves out of water.
- Add 2 tbsp lemon juice and liquid stevia to taste.
- Stir to combine.
- Refrigerate until ready to drink.
Method 2: Sugar-Free Yerba Mate Tea with Lemon Electrolytes
Ingredients:
- Yerba Mate tea
- Ultima Hydrating Electrolyte Powder, Lemonade (Less is always more, be sure to try it and add flavor according to your own tastes)
Recipe:
Single Cup:
- Brew a cup of yerba mate tea. Cool with ice
- Add 1/2 tsp of lemonade electrolyte (Less is always more, be sure to try it and add flavor according to your tastes)
- Stir to combine
- Pour over ice.
Large Batch Brew:
- Seep 1/2 cup of loose yerba mate, with approximately 7 cups of hot water. Let sit for at least 5-10 minutes.
