Keto Kicken Buffalo Chicken Salad
A hot, yet refreshing buffalo chicken salad.

- 1/3 c Frank's Red Hot sauce
- 1 lb skinless boneless chicken cooked & sliced
- 8 oz cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 red bell pepper cut into strips
- 1 shallot diced
- 1/2 bunch cilantro chopped
Slice chicken into bite sized strips.
Chop bell pepper into bite sized strips.
Dice shallot.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
Add chicken, bell pepper, shallot, cilantro, & cherry tomatoes to large bowl.
Add franks red hot and mix thoroughly.
Top with sliced avocado, if desired.
