A hot, yet refreshing buffalo chicken salad.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c Frank's Red Hot sauce
  • 1 lb skinless boneless chicken cooked & sliced
  • 8 oz cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into strips
  • 1 shallot diced
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro chopped

Instructions

  • Slice chicken into bite sized strips.
  • Chop bell pepper into bite sized strips.
  • Dice shallot.
  • Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
  • Add chicken, bell pepper, shallot, cilantro, & cherry tomatoes to large bowl.
  • Add franks red hot and mix thoroughly.
  • Top with sliced avocado, if desired.
  • Enjoy!
