Easy Fall Off The Bone Keto Ribs

A delicious sugar-free rib recipe.

Ingredients

  • 3 lb pork ribs
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 c brown swerve "sugar" slightly packed
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 8 oz sugar-free barbeque sauce

Instructions

  • Mix all spices and swerve brown sugar. Mix very well to combine.
  • Rub spices all over ribs.
  • Allow ribs to marinate for at least 1 hour, and up to 24 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
  • Wrap ribs tightly in foil.
  • Bake ribs for 3 hours at 275 degrees F.
  • After the ribs have been cooking, brush with barbeque sauce.
  • Broil uncovered at 450 degrees F for 10-15 min.
  • Let cool & enjoy!
