Easy Fall Off The Bone Keto Ribs

- 3 lb pork ribs
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 c brown swerve "sugar" slightly packed
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- 8 oz sugar-free barbeque sauce
Mix all spices and swerve brown sugar. Mix very well to combine.
Rub spices all over ribs.
Allow ribs to marinate for at least 1 hour, and up to 24 hours.
Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
Wrap ribs tightly in foil.
Bake ribs for 3 hours at 275 degrees F.
After the ribs have been cooking, brush with barbeque sauce.
Broil uncovered at 450 degrees F for 10-15 min.
